Returns & Exchanges

At Combat Arena, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Combat Arena account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and specify if you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective wraps. Ensure the gear is clean and shows no signs of use from the gym or ring.

• 3.
  Ship to Combat Arena

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
